Who Can Play
You must be at least 18, or 19 where your province sets a higher legal gambling age, and you must be legally permitted to gamble online where you live. Each person may hold only one Powerplay account.
By registering, you confirm that your details are accurate and belong to you. Accounts opened with false information may be closed, and any winnings voided.
Your Account and Verification
We verify identity, age and address to meet legal obligations and to prevent fraud. You may be asked for photo ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership, usually before your first withdrawal.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Betting Rules and Errors
Bets are accepted once they are confirmed on your bet slip and settled according to official results and the sportsbook rules for each sport. If a clear error affects odds or a result, we may correct or void the affected bets.
Casino games are governed by their individual rules, available inside each game. A malfunction voids affected plays and payouts.
Closing or Restricting Accounts
You can close your account at any time, or use self-exclusion if you need a longer break. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Any legitimate remaining balance is returned once checks are complete.
